LastStop Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you use LastStop for) and LastStopIQ LLC (a Florida limited liability company, "we"), which runs LastStop. By creating your password, or by using LastStop, you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may do so for it.
1. The service
LastStop is a web and iPhone app for running a delivery company's hiring, team messages and, where switched on, its other records. We may improve, change or remove features over time. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's.
2. Accounts
A company's administrators invite people and choose what each person can see. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your company or us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Your data
Each company owns the data it puts into LastStop. We use it only to provide LastStop to that company, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let anyone train AI models on it. A company can export all of its data at any time, and a person can download their own data and close their own account in the app. Business customers can ask for our Data Processing Addendum at [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
Do not use LastStop to break the law, to send unwanted messages, to upload anything you have no right to share, to get into another company's space, or to disrupt or probe the service. Your company is responsible for having the right to collect and store the information about applicants and staff it puts in, including any consent the law requires.
5. Plans, the free trial and renewal
LastStop is free to download and use. The plans, priced per user per month:
- Base: free. Hiring, and chat between the owner or BC and their VA.
- Messaging: $3.00 per user per month. Everything in Base, plus team messaging for the people on this plan.
- Full: $7.50 per user per month. Everything in Messaging, plus every other part of LastStop for the people on this plan.
Free trial. A new company gets every part of LastStop free for 30 days. At the end of the trial it moves to the free Base plan automatically unless it picks a paid plan. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial unless a paid plan was picked.
Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically every month at the price shown for each user on it, until it is cancelled. The price and these renewal terms are shown before a plan is picked. We tell company owners at least 30 days before any price change.
How to cancel. A company owner cancels a paid plan in the app: open Account, then Plan and billing, then Cancel paid plan, or writes to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays on until the end of the month already paid, then the company moves to the free Base plan. Nothing is deleted: data from paid parts is kept and comes back if the plan is picked again. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
Today: paid plans are not on sale yet. Every company is on the free plan and nothing is charged.
6. No guarantees about availability
We work to keep LastStop running well, but we do not promise any level of uptime or availability, and LastStop has no service level agreement. LastStop is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. LastStop is a record-keeping tool: hiring, pay and safety decisions are the company's own.
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) our total liability for all claims about LastStop is limited to the fees the company paid us for LastStop in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim (which is zero while a company uses only free plans).
8. Ending use
A company may stop using LastStop at any time; it gets a full export of its data first. A person may delete their own account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other companies at risk, and will tell the company when we reasonably can.
9. Apple
If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply to the app itself. Apple is not responsible for LastStop or its support.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date and tell company owners before a significant change. Using LastStop after that means accepting the new terms.
